39th Annual Sears Invitational Guidelines

Closing date is: October 31, 2025.
- Notification: Nov. 17
Entries: Artists may submit up to 3 works, with a maximum of 2 pieces accepted for the exhibition.
- Each art piece needs to be a separate entry.
- You can change each entry up until the close date of October 31, 2025.

Selection: Approximately 100 artists / 200 works will be chosen to participate by the jury.

Eligibility: Artists based in the American West are eligible, with priority given to those from Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada.

Please note, artists outside Utah will need to cover round-trip shipping costs.
